Michael J. Emigh currently serves as the Director of membership for New Era Golf from October 2012. New Era Golf currently manages Royal American, Glenross, Bent Tree, Golf Club of Dublin, and New Albany Links Golf Clubs under the same designation. All these golf clubs come under the New Era Golf, Columbus, which is located in Ohio. He created and implemented membership; and made strategy for the recruitment of new members and retention of present ones. He coordinated, managed, evaluated, and tracked all membership and renewal activities such as renewal mailings, new member mailings, and special appeals. He created ideal programs and services for the members, and also developed and conducted member and community surveys and polls, focus groups and interviews in order to fulfill the needs of all the members.
Michael J. Emigh made an annual membership plan that has proper goals and metrics for projects, and also made it absolutely sure to check on the progress against those goals. He involves himself in staff calls and leadership team meetings. Apart from this, he also developed budgets and tracks financial progress of retention, member acquisition, and marketing projects. He is a talented individual who has turned several businesses (managing) to huge successful companies. He built membership marketing and promotional materials that include welcome kits and collateral to use at events, and in direct marketing campaigns. He arranged special events for members and also worked with staff on communicating members' needs through website, newsletter, and other communication sources. He responded to requests for information from members and contributed to publications, newsletter, and website.
He managed numerous projects such as corporate membership and productivity / HR value added benefits from 2012 to 2013, 3 premier course membership, and angel tree toy drive (New Era Golf and The Salvation Army) from November 2012 to December 2012. On the personal front, in school, he was a brilliant student, and in high school he was the captain of the golf team, and also the president of the student council.
